Living here full-time, we immerse ourselves in the vibrant blend of cultures and understand both the rewards and challenges of diverse workplaces. Our passion lies in helping Rwandans, expats, international businesses, and short-term travelers thrive in cross-cultural settings. We’re dedicated to navigating the nuances of cross-cultural communication to ensure everyone can succeed in Rwanda’s dynamic environment.

Co-Founder
Justin Ngoga
Justin Ngoga, a Certified Cultural Intelligence professional and a publish author, began teach and write about Rwandan culture and how it relates to other cultures in 2018. He began working to address cultural challenges faced by internationals in Rwanda and Rwandans in multicultural settings. Justin has now trained over 4,000 individuals through in-person events and online lectures through his education company, Impact Route.

Christi Whitekettle
Christi has been living and working in Rwanda for over 17 years and is a board member at Azizi Life. Christi is passionate about development and poverty alleviation in Rwanda. She provides the expatriate balance to Justin's Rwandan cultural knowledge. Christi knows both the blessings and the frustrations of being an international living in Rwanda and will help guide you through this course!
